Q. Do you sell your art?
A. Yes we will, we are delighted
when our clients like our work enough to buy. Depending on
the period of rental we can generally offer excellent deals
to purchase.
Q. How long is the rental contract ?
A. 12 months.
Q. Do you provide shorter term rentals?
A. Yes - from 1 day to a few weeks. Please contact us, we
will be delighted to help you and provide a quote.
Q. Is
there a minimum order?
A. Yes - 2 framed pieces of art
Q. What geographical area do you
cover?
A. We are based in SW London. Our service covers the Greater
London region and the Home Counties. We are happy to help
outside of these areas but we may have to discuss
any extra charges applicable.
Delivery and Installation;
Q. Who handles your delivery and Installation?
A. We do – we take care of all delivery and installation
ourselves. Nothing is outsourced so you can be sure that
the art is hung properly with no mess or hassle.
Q.
What
are your delivery times?
A. We can generally have you installation complete within
two weeks, We are dependant on framers and deliveries to
ourselves but we do our best to have your art as
soon as possible.
Q. How often are is the art changed?
A. We come to rotate the artwork every three months (although
different frequencies are available).
Q. Are there lots of
holes left in the wall?
A. No, we use a system that doesn’t require drilling
into the walls leaving holes when the art is taken
down.
Q. Is the art secure?
A.
Yes - they are firmly secured to the wall, so they cannot
easily be removed nor knocked over.
Payment and
costs;
Q. When are payments due?
A. Quarterly in advance.
Q. Are there additional costs for delivery
and installation?
A. Yes, we charge £45.00 per installation and rotation
for Greater London, £95.00 for Home Counties.
Q. What if
the art or frames are damaged, are we insured?
A. Generally your standard business contents insurance policy
will already cover the rented art. If not, then
the cheapest method is for our clients to arrange a simple
extension to their existing policy (we'll help by providing
a certificate of value).
Q. Can I cancel the contract?
A. Yes, we require 3 months notice.
