Frequently asked questions
General;
Q. Do you sell your photographs?
A. Yes we will, we are delighted when our clients like our work enough to buy. Depending on the period of rental we can generally offer excellent deals to purchase.
Q. How long is the rental contract ?
A. 12 months.
Q. Do you provide shorter term rentals?
A. Yes - from 1 day to a few weeks. Please contact us, we will be delighted to help you and provide a quote.
Q. Is there a minimum order?
A. Yes - 2 framed photographs
Q. What geographical area do you cover?
A. We are based in SW London. Our service covers the Greater London region and the Home Counties. We are happy to help outside of these areas but we may have to discuss any extra charges applicable.
Delivery and Installation;
Q. Who handles your delivery and Installation?
A. We do – we take care of all delivery and installation ourselves. Nothing is outsourced so you can be sure that the photographs are hung properly with no mess or hassle.
Q. What are your delivery times?
A. We can generally have you installation complete within two weeks, We are dependant on framers and deliveries to ourselves but we do our best to have your photographs as soon as possible.
Q. How often are the photographs changed?
A. We come to rotate the artwork every three months (although different frequencies are available).
Q. Are there lots of holes left in the wall?
A. No, we use a system that doesn’t require drilling into the walls leaving holes when the photographs are taken down.
Q. Are the photographs secure?
A. Yes - they are firmly secured to the wall, so they cannot easily be removed nor knocked over.
Payment and costs;
Q. When are payments due?
A. Quarterly in advance.
Q. Are there additional costs for delivery and installatiom?
A. Yes, we charge £45.00 per installation and rotation for Greater London, £95.00 for Home Counties.
Q. What if the photographs or frames are damaged, are we insured?
A. Generally your standard business contents insurance policy will already cover the rented photographs. If not, then the cheapest method is for our clients to arrange a simple extension to their existing policy (we'll help by providing a certificate of value).
Q. Can I cancel the contract?
A. Yes, we require 3 months notice.
